Meet the Founder

HR Strategy Solutions was founded by Anika Adamovic, an HR and organizational development professional with experience supporting organizations across technology, consulting, engineering, and professional services environments in Canada.

Throughout her career, Anika has worked closely with business owners, leaders, and employees, helping organizations navigate the challenges that often arise during periods of growth. While many businesses begin with informal structures and flexible processes, growth often creates a need for clearer responsibilities, stronger communication, improved accountability, and more consistent ways of working.

Her expertise includes organizational structure, process development, role clarification, recruitment and onboarding, leadership support, employee relations, performance management, and the creation of practical systems that help businesses operate more effectively. She focuses on building solutions that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with each organization's unique goals and challenges.

Anika holds professional education in Human Resource Management from Simon Fraser University and is a CPHR Member. Her professional background combines HR expertise with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, business processes, leadership support, and sustainable business growth. This combination allows her to help organizations not only address people-related challenges, but also improve the systems and structures that support long-term success.
